Tower Erections

If you require the use of a tower to expand the reach of your communication devices, and if you wish to purchase or rent your own tower, rest assured that Ralcomm will set you up and have you working in no time.

Ralcomm's climbing crews in Wetaskiwin and Whitecourt provide complete tower set up including foundation, erection, and uptower antenna work, and will take care of all your servicing needs. When the time comes, we decommission and remove towers as well.

Ralcomm offers towers of up to 200' in height. We handle and stock two popular types of towers:

  1. Trylon towers (T-200 series), which are self-supporting and come in 8-foot sections
  2. DELHI DMX series, which are also available in 8-foot sections

Ralcomm determines the best radio frequency path by using computer modeling software (Pathloss program), topographical maps, GPS plots, and actual field strength measurements. If required, Ralcomm will perform software-based communication path surveys that will, by using a repeater, estimate the coverage your tower will provide before it is installed.
