About Us

Ralcomm began in Wetaskiwin as Ralph's Radio in 1955, selling and installing car radios and black and white televisions. Since then, we have changed not only our name, but the scope of our business, as well. With two new locations in Whitecourt and Fort McMurray, we have expanded into the area of communications - and, the diversity of our customers reflects the wide range of products and services we now deliver.

Today, Ralcomm sells and installs a wide range of products and services, including cellular phones, two-way radios, satellite services, and remote area communications including towers and repeaters. We have also moved into the world of high-speed Internet, and are committed to growing our service offerings in this area.

Our Values
Electronics is a demanding industry. As products become increasingly complex, the gap between top of the line and bottom of the barrel is getting wider. At Ralcomm, we are committed to knowing the products and brands on the market today and where they sit on the scale of quality. Our customers' satisfaction depends strongly on the value of our product; therefore, we will carry the higher quality product over of the lower-priced, lower-quality one.

Helping to build strong communities is important to us. As a business operating in three small communities across Alberta, over the years Ralcomm has developed strong and lasting relationships with each of them. We understand that when it comes to inspiring confidence and respect in our business, actions speak louder than words. Therefore, at all times, we will strive to be model corporate citizens and neighbours of choice. We want to develop relationships with our communities that will allow us to grow with them for many years to come.

We are a company built by positive customer relations. No matter who walks through our door, they bring more to Ralcomm than a potential sale. By dealing with all our customers in a respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable way, we learn more about our customers, our industry and the needs of our communities.
